great access to ocean beach and sunset cliffs park

i really enjoyed my stay, with vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff, while being just a short walk away from ocean beach and almost 2 km from sunset cliffs natural park where the views are breathtaking, perfect for my love of city strolls and parks.

Loved the surfboard rentals and the chill indoor/outdoor common space. Meeting fellow travelers was a blast!

Great location and clean room, but the Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

Comfortable stay with friendly vibes

The atmosphere was vibrant with a friendly crew. A mere three-minute stroll to the beach made it all worth it. We truly enjoyed the bonfire nights!

The lack of lockers for laptops left me feeling uneasy. Plus, the creaky beds made for an occasionally restless night. A little noisy at times too.

I had a fantastic stay with the hot showers and a lovely breakfast made by Yolanda after I woke up late. The lounge areas were perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach and soaking up the sun on the terrace. The only downside was the heat in the room during the day, but it wasn't a big deal. just keep a fan handy. 🌴

stayed at samesun ocean beach hotel for 2 nights, and it was awesome! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. the free beach towels and activities like group yoga made it even better. check-in and out was super easy, and I loved the luggage storage they offered.

I absolutely loved the relaxed vibe and open areas! The common space is half-covered, so I could chill outside and soak up the sun while enjoying the company of fellow travelers. Plus, the beach is just a quick 3-minute walk away, and the free surfboard rentals made it so easy to dive into the waves.

I enjoyed my four-night stay in a cozy dorm that fostered great conversations with fellow travelers. The curtains for added privacy were in progress, and the room could benefit from a quiter fan. Don't miss the onsite café. their breakfast burritos are a must-try!
